2. Information only — not an offer

This site describes what LevelUp Global does. Nothing on it is an offer to sell securities, an invitation to invest, financial advice, or a binding commercial offer. Any business relationship starts with a signed agreement, not with a page on this site.

Figures on this site — office counts, division counts, workflow counts and similar operational metrics — describe our position at the time of publication and may change without notice.

3. Intellectual property

The LevelUp name, the LevelUp mark, the site's design, text, code, photography and graphics are owned by LEVELUPVN LIMITED or its group companies and protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not:

• Republish, sell, rent or sub-licence any part of the site.
• Use our name, mark or photography to suggest an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
• Scrape, mirror or systematically harvest the site, including for training machine-learning models, without our written permission.
• Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notice.

Photographs on this site show LevelUp employees at company events. They are published with the consent of the people shown and may not be reused outside this site.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
• Introduce malware, or take any action that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use contact channels on this site to send bulk unsolicited commercial messages.

5. Third-party links

The site links to services we do not control — social platforms and messaging apps among them. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or anything that happens once you leave this site. Their own terms apply there.

6. Availability and disclaimer

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current at every moment.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEVELUPVN LIMITED and its group companies are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings in the country where you are established to protect our intellectual property.
